At LBORA, every handcrafted hat is created with care — and we want it to reach you the same way. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how, when, and where your order will arrive.
🇬🇧🇪🇺 FREE SHIPPING TO THE UK & EUROPE
We're proud to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom and selected European destinations — no minimum purchase, no hidden fees. Customs, duties, and VAT are fully included (DDP), so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

🕐 ORDER CUTOFF & PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed before 2:00 PM UTC Monday through Friday enter our fulfillment queue the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During promotions, restocks, new launches, or peak holiday periods, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for processing.
💡 Pre-ordered or "Archives" items will ship separately and may require 1–5 additional business days.
🚚 DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it's typically in transit for 5–10 business days, depending on your destination within the UK and Europe.

Transit time does not include the day your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery to remote areas, Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, or any island destinations may take additional time. Delivery times are estimates and do not account for unforeseen carrier delays or customs processing.
📮 SHIPPING CARRIERS
Our orders are shipped via reliably managed internal logistics routes and finalized by local carriers including Royal Mail (UK), DPD, or DHL depending on your region.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
📋 CUSTOMS, DUTIES & VAT
All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means:
- ✅ All customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are included in the price you see at checkout.
- ✅ No surprise fees upon delivery — your courier will not request additional payment.
- ✅ Your parcel clears customs automatically, with no action required from you.
What's Covered
Package Protection covers your shipment in the event of:
- 📦 Loss during transit
- 🚪 Theft after delivery (porch piracy)
- 💥 Damage caused by the carrier
How It Works
- Add Package Protection at checkout — it must be selected at the time of your initial purchase to be eligible.
- If an issue arises, contact us at support@shoplbora.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We'll send a free replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.
Eligibility Window
Claims must be filed between 5 and 60 days after your order date to qualify. Replacement is subject to product availability; if an item is no longer in stock, we'll offer a store credit or alternative resolution of equal value.
Terms
- LBORA assumes full responsibility for all packages in transit until they are safely delivered.
- The protection holds no cash value — qualifying orders are eligible for replacement only.
- In the event you receive the original package after filing a claim, please contact us and we will provide a return label for the duplicate item.
- By purchasing Package Protection, you agree to hold LBORA harmless for any claims that may directly or indirectly arise from the use of this service. In no event shall LBORA be liable for more than the cost of the Package Protection purchased.
- LBORA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
↩️ RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Quick Reference)
We offer a 30-day return policy — you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging.

🏠 INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. LBORA is not liable for non-delivery resulting from address errors provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll refund the original order, or you may request reshipment at your expense.
If you need to update your address after your order has shipped, contact us immediately — a rerouting fee from the carrier may apply.
✏️ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We'll do our very best to accommodate changes, but please understand:
- Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they enter the fulfillment stage.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or update it.
