1.General
We offer a 30-day return policy, and you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, and we do not accept “refund-only” requests without a product return.
For returns due to personal preference or non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@shoplbora.co.uk to obtain the return center address and standard packing instructions. Once your return is received and verified to be in its original, resellable condition, your refund will be processed.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
